Welcome to this blog, how have you been? I'm a little stressed out because of all the things I have to do, but you don't know how to write for this blog. Since I was a little girl I have always wanted to be a blogger but I never encouraged myself, I really can't believe that there are people who talked trash about being bloggers but they were bloggers. So I decided to ignore the comments and here I am doing my best.
Today we are going to talk about five different ways in which you can raise your vibration, but before we get into talking about those five methods we have to discuss what it means to be high vibrational and what exactly we are doing when we talk about being high vibrational, what exactly that is, first we have to understand that everything in our universe is vibration and it's frequency, even solid objects.
The low vibrational emotions are the negative feeling emotions like anger, fear, guilt, shame, but the high vibrational emotions which are love, peace, joy, are those good feeling emotions and they actually have a higher vibrational rate, so when we talk about becoming high vibrational or raising your frequency, we are talking about transcending those low vibrational emotions and becoming more high vibrational. I hope you have understood me.
- The first method to raise your vibration is to take care of your health, clearly starting with food. Some foods, such as processed foods, alcohol, tobacco and refined sugars, have a low vibrational frequency that negatively affects your energy. If you overeat these foods I know you will feel uninspired. On the contrary, by eliminating these products and opting for healthy, natural foods, you will raise your vibration. The gut, responsible for producing over 90% of serotonin, influences your emotional well-being. When I started eating healthy I felt much better, with lots of energy and pep. But don't forbid yourself everything, once in a while you can indulge yourself.
- The second key aspect is exercise, since physical activity improves your energy levels, promotes blood circulation and the elimination of toxins, in addition to releasing endorphins that make you feel better. If you are not the type of person who loves the army, you can take a 30-minute walk and that's it.
- The third method to raise your vibration is to have a purpose in life. It doesn't need to be something grand or amazing, but having a purpose helps you overcome challenges and live more fully. For example, the purpose of doctors is to save lives. If you want to be a singer, your life purpose would be to convey your emotions through the lyrics of your songs and make people feel identified.
- The fourth point is to take care of your mental health. This is too fundamental. That's why I advise you to reduce stress in order to be emotionally well. Getting good sleep improves memory and emotional health, and meditation, although difficult at first, helps calm the mind and reduce stress. If you have an Apple Watch there is an app that helps you do meditation and it is amazing.
- The last point is that you set goals and challenges as having clear objectives can keep you motivated and happy. By working towards your goals, you feel a sense of purpose that drives your energy. This is related to the third point. I feel motivated when I have things that will help me reach the goal I want.
